A German singing bird automaton, early 20th century - the bird perched on a leafy wire branch, in a domed, gilt brass cage, raised on three turned cylindrical feet, fixed key to base, in working order.

More Information

* In good working order and good condition overall . Probably a few losses to the leaves and a few losses to the feathers on the bird's head. Some spotting and tarnish marks to the lacquered brass base to the cage.
