A Regency glass urnular sweetmeat jar and cover, probably Irish, the waist cut with a band of alternating geometric patterns within circular and kite-shaped reserves, surmounted by a dentil border, the domed cover similarly cut, square pedestal base, star cut to verso, 37cm high, c. 1820
No cracks or major chips. Slight chip to one angle of square pedestal. Scratches to base. Standing and displaying well.
