Star Lot: A large original limited edition lithograph print etching (artists proof) titled "The Irish Rover" by the artist John Hewitt and dating to 1987. Hand signed by the artist bottom right in pencil. This exact etching was made famous as being the cover of The Pogues and the Dubliners collaborative album of the same name, The Irish Rover, and was created specifically for the album. The large lithograph has plenty of amusing scenes, rewarding close observation.
