A locomotive nameplate, JUMBO, and cabside numberplate, NATIONAL RAILWAYS OF ZIMBABWE 20, 747, and numberplates 747, from a Rhodesia Railways 3ft 6ins gauge 20th Class 4-8-2+2-8-4 Beyer Garratt built by Beyer Peacock, Works No 7812, in 1958, numbered 747. It became part of the National Railways of Zimbabwe on its formation in 1980 and, following refurbishment, retained its number, being the same as that of the Boeing aircraft. It was withdrawn in March 1994. The nameplate cast brass, 29¾"x6", the cabside cast aluminium, 18¾"x12½", the numberplates cast brass, depth 7¾", all in superb ex loco condition.
