A Wai Kee Chinese export silver dish inset with a 1912 Hong Kong trade dollar. A/f the dish is slightly dented and misshapen, the Britannia side of the coin in the interior is not crisp and has probably been silvered over. Diameter of dish 8.3cm, approx 56g, stamped SILVER 90 WAI KEE A.
