A 19th century elm ‘Sussex’ chair, having ball turned back spindles, the back joined with curved arms and ring turned uprights to faux bamboo supports united by double side stretchers and turned front stretchers.

Condition report: Seat requires re-roping. Frame is good. Deep patination and wear with age.
