A SWISS STAINED GLASS PANEL with a soldier on horseback beside a lady holding a flagon above a coat of arms and inscription: “Ludwick Zandler von Wangen in Constadten ampt der zeit fl: Wurttembergischer Adjutant, iber die gaullen, und Susanna Zandler sein ehlich hausfrauw, 1634” translates as “Ludwick Zandler of Wangen in the district of Constance, temporarily Sergeant of Horse in the service of the Prince of Wurttemberg, and Susanna Zandler his lawful wedded wife, 1634”, 37.5cm x 24cm wide; and another Swiss stained glass panel with soldiers wearing feathered hats, a scene of David and Goliath with initials, the base with an inscription: “Hr: Vallachi Ulluki, frankalp und Hr: Nichlus Mani, landisve, und Hr: Hanns Buller, landt, seckell meister im uderenschechall, 1674” (presumably triple portrait of three old men who served together in the 30 Years War some time before), 34cm x 26cm (2)
