A VERY GOOD QUALITY VICTORIAN / LATE 19TH CENTURY WALNUT LIFT TOP BRASS BOUND FIRE BOX, to the top is a curved brass handle to one side is held a shovel with turned wooden handle; to the opposite side are brass decorative shapes. The front lifts open with brass hinges to reveal a removable liner within.
