A Great Western Railway 12" dial fusee drop case wall clock in mahogany case, totally original condition with aged patina to case & original dial with ghost lettering "SKARRETT WORCESTER" original clock number also in ghost, face never re-written with GWR, GWR ivorine numberplate No.1434 on front of case above beading, spun brass bezel, lower case door with key & lock, movement held by shaped brass plates with feet, chain driven movement, anchor escapement, with pendulum, bob, winding & case key, a rare example having escaped the attention of the dial being re-written, complete with paperwork from Dr D Parr regarding overhaul/service.
