CORK: A PAIR OF GEORGE III IRISH PROVINCIAL SILVER SALTS

by John Warner, Cork, c.1790, pierced oval form with ball and claw feet.. (2) 5cm high, 8.5cm wide, 3.3 troy ounces gross (excl. glass)



Each stamped 'STERLING' and 'IW' to base rim. Both standing upright, with slight diagonal rocking to each. Splits to piercework on each, one with a missing piercework section at one end. Split to top rim of one, two small cracks to base rim of other. Evidence of repairs to each. One glass liner.
