1907 Pattern Australian Issued Hook Quillon Removed Bayonet


17 inch, single edged, blued blade with fuller.  The forte with crowned GR and "2/12" with maker "Wilkinson".  Reverse with broad arrow.  Blackened steel muzzle ring and hook quillon removed crossguard stamped "2MD/9072" (2nd Military District Australia".  Blackened pommel marked "100" and Australian Acceptance stamp.  Polished wooden slab grips with painted yellow band.  Contained in its leather, double seamed scabbard with blued steel mounts.  The throat stamped "DD5" with broad arrow.  Complete with 1908 pattern webbing frog with rear tab.
