A SILVER GILT JAR FOR CAVIAR MADE BY FABERGÉ. The lid lifts to reveal a glass insert which sits within the body of the jar, to be filled with crushed ice. The bratina shape jar has very fine chased decoration featuring laurel sprays and putti. Maker's mark and standard mark to the base, standard mark to the rim.
