CANADA COVER SENT FREE TO A "BRITISH CIVILIAN INTERNEE, CAMP KUCHING, SARAWAK"; Rare 8 Jan. 1944 stampless env. from Victoria BC (blank machine) endorsed "POW POST" to Mrs. Keith A "British Civilian Internee" in "Camp Kuching, Sarawak" via Tokyo with Canadian Censor label and "POSTAGE FREE...TOKYO" cachet on the front, but also having a very fine purple boxed Japanese "Borneo POW Camp" censor on the reverse. Very rare Canadian mail to an Internee.
