A Japanese Satsuma porcelain teapot, Meiji/Taisho period, together with a pierced lidded twin handled incense burner by the same maker, each designed with figural vignettes, both wares with Samurai soldiers to one side and Geishas to the other, further decorated with applied gilt embellishment and foliate patterns, with gilt signature to the undersides, tallest 11 cm high

Condition report: the teapot handle has been previously broken and re-glued, the incense burner with one handle previously broken and re-glued, otherwise good, no other breaks
