'Who Started World War II?' Second World War German airborne Propaganda leaflet. Double sided leaflet reads 'Who Started World War II? You have been told that Germany declared World War II on December 9. 1941. You're wrong. As far back as spring 1941 the English dropped pamphlets on Germany showing American factories in full swing. They called that AMERICA, ENGLAND'S ARSENAL!' With a magnifying glass putting attention to an article in the Boston Herald. Reverse reads 'GIs, that's why you have to fight this bloody war in Europe while your folks at home write in their letters to you: The most important thing for you in this damned war is to get back home safe!'. 14cm x 19cm.
