Good scarce die-stamped white metal flaming grenade set within a Union sprays bearing scroll inscribed ROYAL LIMERICK COUNTY; crowned Maid of Erin Harp on the grenade. Loops. Service wear GC Raised 1793 at St. Francis Abbey, redesigned as Fusiliers 1st November 1875, became 5th Bn. Royal Munster Fusiliers 1st July 1881
