Fine French Le Roy repeater calendar carriage clock with alarm, the white enamel dial signed Le Roy á Paris, with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial over subsidiary alarm and calendar dials indicating days of the week and dates of the month, the movement with two hammers striking on two bells and stamped 775, the perforated recessed base plate with selection lever for Petit Sonnerie, Grand Sonnerie and Silence, within a silvered brass corniche case engraved overall with flowers amidst scrolling foliage, 7.5" high
This clock is in good condition, the movement ticks and the repeat and strike functions appear to operate correctly, the case is in need of re-gilding, the face dial also appears in good condition as do the hands, the back door opens easily and the glazed panels are essentially undamaged with only the very minor almost unnoticeable tiny chips, we are unable to guarantee that the calendar is operating perfectly as this would need to be done over a period of time, see images for guidance, personal viewing always advised where possible
