A Chinese porcelain vase, 19th century, the inverted baluster shaped vase decorated with an owl perched upon branches, 29cm high (restored)
The piece shows evidence of extensive restoration throughout, although the owl appears to be unaffected. The whole surface appears to have been coated in a glossy film which is peeling off in places.
