WITH OVAL "TRANSPORT OFFICE/[Crown]/G.R/PRISONERS OF WAR"; 22 Jan. 1808 EL (family news from a friend ref. the death of the addressee's father and his mother's difficulties) from "Nantes" to "M. Debourgues, Officier de Sante sue la Fregate La Gloire, Prisonnier de Guerre au cautionnement a Litchfield" most unusually with a mostly fine double oval "REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE/[Anchor]/MORLAIX" cachet (of the Morlaix port's Commissaire) on the front slightly overlapped by a partly fine double-oval London "TRANSPORT OFFICE/[Crown]/G.R/PRISONERS OF WAR" mark. There is a London 11 Feb. cds on the reverse and it was charged "8[d]" inland rate. This combination of Morlaix and T. Office marks is rare.
