A 20th century in the manner of Italian, Sorrento craftmanship Savonarola style carved wood throne / chair. The chair having a domed back over scrolled elbow rests with mythical head sculpture to end. Wooden seat missing cushion. Raised on crossed carved supports united by twin decorated carved stretchers. Measures approx. 66cm x 61cm x 65cm.
