Shelton at head of FFEP, indistinct signature with inscription above "amended to date 13.5.36" on FFEP, m/s notes and tipped in and loose associated items throughout, original cloth. The 4th Battalion (Prince of Wales's Own) 8th Punjab Regiment was an infantry regiment in the British Indian Army that was formed in 1922. It was originally the 92nd Punjabis, which was raised in 1800 as a battalion of Madras Native Infantry.
