Remington New Model Army 1861 Pattern Revolver serial number 88287 .44cal. with 200mm long barrel. The barrel stamped on top "Patented Sept.14 1858. E. Remington & Sons, Ilion, New York U.S.A. New Model''. Working action. Overall length 355mm. Both barrel and cylinder are marked with an inventory number "38". Comes with a new Remington soft gun cover. NOTE: Section 58(2) No licence required in the UK.
Some burrs to screws and to the barrel. Trigger guard has a replacement oversize screw. Some traces of original finish remain. Nipples are in good condition and not damaged. Some rust pitting around end of the barrel. Bore is good.
