Johann Spangenberg: Postilla, das ist: gründliche und deutliche auslegung derer Evangelien und Episteln, a rare edition published in Muhlhausen 1728, referencing Martin Luther, frontispiece in black and red ink, the facing page with woodcut print, tooled leather on board binding with brass clasps, several pages of later handwritten notes within, bearing signature of Johann Christoph Mullert and below that an inscription with date 1740, 7 by 18.5 by 22.5cm.
