A GOOD QUALITY GLAZED FRENCH LOUIS XV STYLE ‘VERNIS MARTIN’ VITRINE CURIO / DISPLAY CABINET, a tall glazed cabinet with a marble top having a raised brass gallery edge a single door to the front which is mounted all over with brass ormolu decoration and a ‘Vernis Martin’ style painted picture panel to the door – further landscape images to the curved sides; showing a couple seated in the countryside, signed lower right. Raised on short cabriole leg with mounted scrolling foliage brass detail. Glazed to the sides also. 149cm tall x 73cm wide x 35cm deep.
