A Jadeite Qilin Plaque, together with a Shoushan Seal, Qing dynasty, the oblong plaque well carved in low relief from an almost mauve stone with green suffusions, mounted in gilt metal as a belt fitting; the amber coloured seal finely worked, with a fabulous animal finial, and with a carved inscription on the back dedicated to a Mr.Pan, and dated jiashen year, probably 1884, the base with a four character sealmark,
