A PAIR OF WILLIAM IV SCOTTISH SILVER BASTING SPOONS
by William Russell II, Glasgow 1831, in the fiddle and shell pattern, monogrammed 'B', and a pair of George III silver table spoons, by Christopher & Thomas Wilkes Barker, London 1804, in the Old English pattern, the terminals engraved with a crest, 406gms / 13.05oz (4)
They are all in good condition. The two basting spoons scroll banding to the finials has lost some of its sharpness, other than that, there are no bends. Minor surface scratches commensurate with use. Needs cleaning.
The two Old English pattern spoons are in good condition - crests are still crisp. One maker's punch slightly rubbed.
