A Victorian silver-gilt alms dish by John Hunt & Robert Roskell, London 1863, circular, repoussé with a band of scrolling foliage and flowerheads around an engraved flower-shaped roundel to the centre, with a reel edge, gilded all over, stamped 'HUNT & ROSKELL LATE STORR & MORTIMER' to underside of rim. 23.3cm diameter, 15 troy ounces
