Then dial has arabic numerals and fretted spandrels with an engraved dial centre. It is contained in a mahogany case with swan pediments to the hood and fluted columns flanking the dial. The sides of the hood have timbered sound frets and the trunk door is inset with a long oval glass. The base has a central fielded panel and a a cut out plinth. The clock stand 82in tall overall.
The movement seems complete apart from the 3 weights which are missing, but it needs cleaning. The dial is in good condition but there is slight tarnishing to the silvering.
