SL Pinocchio - Pelham Puppets SL Range, moulded plastic head, string through plastic knees joints, black composite shod feet, yellow felt cap with red feather, white shirt with large collar, blue bow tie, red lederhosen, c. 1963; JC Pinocchio - Pelham Puppets JC Range, spherical wooden head with pronounced nose, plastic tube arms and legs, c. 1960 (2) Following a factory fire in October 1961 Bob Pelham needed to make another mould for all of the puppets. In July 1962 the head style of Pinocchio was changed to this model, which was more in keeping with the Disney animated version. This puppet can be dated to 1963 due to its plain blue bow tie.
