Fine rare silvered crowned star mounted with pierced gilt title circlet on mirrored backing resting in laurel sprays; the black leather centre bearing gilt Enniskilling Castle with a bugle in the foreground. Mounted on the lower section of laurels, a gilt scroll UT PROAVI. Three loops. VGC Raised at Enniskillen in 1793 as Fermanagh Militia, redesigned Light Infantry in 1855, became 3rd Bn. Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers on 1st July 1881.
