A union of the United Telephone Company and Gower Bell Telephone Company with works in Coventry. Supplied the Postmaster General with a large amount of equipment in 1885 but had concerns over the ending of Edison patents which would adversely affect the company. The company had ceased by 1900. Creased, AVF and rare.
