Moany of the the diamonds to the surround show several fractures and chips. There appears to be some staining/discolouration to the foil backs behind the stones. There appears to be solder repair to the right of the central panel, and possible solder repair to the pendant loop, The engraving to the reverse shows some wear and loss of definition, and there is moderate scratching throughout. Small, shallow dent to the left hand side. No signs of splitting.
