A 19th century shell cameo double hinged gilt bangle. The Georgian bangle having a central carved cameo set panel within a foliate framed head to tongue and groove clasp with double hinge. Surface tests indicate gold and silver in parts. Weight 49g. All weights, measurements and sizes are approximate.
