A worksplate, LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY, 9159, N.B.LOCO. Co., 1912, from a North British Railway Class A 0-6-2T No 922 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 19843, at its Queen's Park Works, in August 1912. It became LNER N19 Class No 9922 and was renumbered 9159 in 1946, becoming BR 69159. A long time Bathgate engine, from where it was withdrawn in October 1961 and sold for scrap to Arnott Young at Carmyle. Cast brass, 9"x5", ex loco condition. (Postage Band: B)
