TELEGRAPHS: 1882 25c lilac ‘GRAPH’ opt on Stamp Duty Fiscal for provisional use, cancelled by part strikes from Colombo d/s, small faults (creased) and soaked perfs, otherwise fine, a collectable example of this rare stamp, only 540 issued.
