A vintage certificate addressed to Padraig Ó Ciardha commending him for his bravery in the position of second lieutenant in the army. Dated to 1961 and hand signed by the President of Ireland Eamon de Valera. Features official presidential stamp to centre. Slight damage to frame glass.
