Edmund John Niemann (1813-1876) - The duck pond near Chislehurst with figures in the distance, oil on canvas, signed and dated 1876, framed, 47cm x 80cm, frame size 65.5cm x 99cm.
Canvas has been relined. UV light shows some overpainting confined to the sky. Otherwise in good order. Presented in a later ornately moulded gilt and gesso frame.
