Maritime interest. Oil on canvas board. Study of the sailing ship, 'Sea Lark'. The painting clearly depicts the U.S flag to the stern with the central mast bearing the American bald Eagle on a white flag. The ship was launched in 1801 and sunsequently captured by Britain in 1811. Measures approx 75cm x 55cm. Framed. Buyer Collects
