Lot also inc. a 1942-44 Red Cross Message Service correspondence between Germany & South Africa, written in German, with one 1943 form advising of the death of the Johannesburg resident's mother, with letter attached from the General Secretary of the South African Red Cross Society expressing "very real sympathy".
