A cased pair of Arts and Crafts novelty silver gilt butterfly trays or dishes, Sydenham Brothers, Birm. 1924, each with planished decoration to bowl section of fore wing and hind wing, raised on ball feet, each with a large 7in. (17.8cm.) wingspan, weight 9.6 tr.oz., in fitted leather case, opening to reveal purple velvet interior, case measuring 15½in. (39.5cm.) wide. * Condition: Light surface wear, very good, case with very light wear.
