Pair Indian silver coloured metal goblets, with scalloped rim allover chased with flowerhead and scrolling foliate decoration, on circular foot, 23cm high, “Presented to Dwight Alweyne Turner by some friends and fellow workers in the Lahore Diocese in recognition of valued help and counsel rendered during many years April 1909”, 44ozt approx.
These are catalogued as silver coloured metal, although when chemically tested the test result suggests that they are silver. There are remnants of gilt decoration to rims.
