Victor Cirefice, born in 1949 in North Wales, is a Welsh painter known for his evocative landscapes and depictions of rural life. He studied Fine Art at institutions including Manchester, Chelsea, and the Royal Academy Schools in London, graduating in 1974. Throughout his career, Cirefice has painted professionally, with his works featured in public collections such as The National Gallery of Wales, The Courtauld Institute, and The Museo Academia in Perugia, Italy
