1924-33 Badge set of twelve in matching left corner marginal blocks of four with Plate number '1', each showing 'Cleft Rock' variety (R5/1), fine M (lower pairs incl. variety UM, except 2d & 5d varieties and normal 2s with trace of hinging), odd imperfections 1½d & 2d blocks with minor separation, odd gum creases (4d, 8d & 1s), some cheaper vals to 8d with some (mostly minor) gum tones, but overall a rare & magnificent set with the 2s & 3s VF and the 8d block showing the 'Shamrock' flaw (R4/1), extremely difficult to assemble, SG.10/c/20/e, Cat. £5900++
