A Derby fluted coffee cup and saucer, pattern 188, the pink ground reserved with a deep band of gilt tears within a Vandyke border, the rim gilt with linked ovals enclosed by gilt lines, the saucer 13.5cm diam and faintly impressed 6 or 9, the cup with decorator's mark numbered 6 or 9 in puce, crown, crossed batons and dots over D in puce, c.1795; another, similar, pattern 164, apricot ground, 13.6cm diam and impressed K, the cup with decorator's mark numbered 2 for Joseph Stables in puce and impressed F, puce crown, crossed batons and dots over D, c.1795 (2) Provenance: The Wilders Collection, labelled.
