A Staffordshire figural group in the manner of Enoch Wood, 19th century, depicting a scene from 'The Vicar And Moses', modelled as a drunken vicar asleep in the pulpit while Moses preaches below, unmarked, 22.5cm high

The piece shows a chip approximately 11mm long to the top right corner of the chair, a chip approximately 10mm long to the base, and a further 3mm double chip to the base which extends to a larger chip to the underside. There is a small glazing fault to the tip of Moses's nose, and further small glazing faults to his hands, right arm and back, and to the back of the piece and the chair. Moses's left arm shows a firing crack at the shoulder, and the vicar shows a frit with glazing fault to his forehead.
