1947 local handstamp on KG V 25r affixed to card (148 x 220mm).  Typewritten ?Submitted for Approval? at top with ?Provisional Issue for 1947/ 13th August 1947? beneath, two strikes of Mushir-i-Tasrifat handstamp, tick alongside the stamp and signed.  A little soiled but unique, the only known 25r with Star & Crescent handstamp or overprint.  PF Pakistan Certificate
