1851 (Dec 13) Entire letter to Boston with 1/- embossed vertical pair (cut square, both touched at left, lower stamp crossed by vertical file fold) paying 1/- + 1/- late fee, each cancelled "466" in red, with "LIVERPOOL / F.R.H" backstamp. A rare red cancel, the very few examples of this"466" cancel recorded in red are all from letters posted at the Floating Receiving House. Photo on Page 58.
