Medals (2) of 6771 (88430) Private Tom Sydney Parry M.G.C. British War Medal 1914-1920, and Allied Victory Medal 1914-1918. Native of Barton, Cumberland. Enlisted at Newport, South Wales on 10th December 1915 into the 4th Battalion, Welsh Regiment but transferred to the Army Reserve. Mobilised on 1st January 1917 and posted to Machine Gun Corps Training Centre for service with 34th Machine Gun Company MGC. Landed in France on 6th May 1917. Discharged 9th November 1919.
