A VERY RARE RED- GLAZED ENAMELLED VASE, YUHUCHUNPING, Seal mark of the Chinese Qianlong period [1736-1795], The porcelain appears to have a blue underglaze to a copper- red glaze with detailing blossoming prunus tree enamelling. The pear-shaped body rising from a slightly splayed foot to a widely flared mouth, the main body under a rich red glaze, the footrim unglazed. [29.8cm high]
