A pair of George III flintlock pistols by James Cowmeadow of High Street, Kensington, circa 1790, 9 inch octagonal barrels stamped Kensington, gilt line around breeches, gilt touch holes and gilt lined pans, walnut full stocks with chequered butts and smooth flat sides, engraved steel trigger guards terminating with acorn finials, with steel ramrods, in possibly later mahogany case, the green baize lined interior fitted with a flask, cleaning rods, steel bullet mould etc
